It has been a while. I have been busy moving into the attic apartment.

This post - however is to highlight that the restauration of the first floor has started and is moving along fast. The progress is probably gonna come to a hold next week as the sun is forecastet to return and the crew needs to do some outdoor work on another project on the street.

I will try to put up a couple of pictures of the progress very soon. For now you can see the plan compromise that I settled on after asking all stakeholders.
