Due to a "workplace incident" the first floor progress has stalled - hence very few updates.
One member of the construction worker team had a fall setting him out of commission for some time. Fortunately it looks like he is recovering and the team will be back at start June.
Meanwhile let me post a few pictures and a video here of the current state of the first floor.

Meanwhile in the attic - the very moist spring is now replaced by a hot summer.

From a house learning perspective, the change from wet/cold to dry/hot is a true test to see how insolation, missing A/C and general infrastructure works under various conditions in the attic.

Also in the ground floor apartment I have made a temporary reintroduction of toilet and sink in the main bathroom. Once the construction crew comes back and I start having more visitors this will be a good temporary addendum to the house infra.
