Coming back from a short drive today, I did an improvised film walkthrough of the ground floor apartment.

Good thing I did, as you can tell from the noises I make on the video the demolition state and rebuild was more than I had anticipated.

Also all the stakeholders where in the apartment at the same time. I tried to anonymise them as much as possible on the video, but you can still hear some voices in the background.

It is however an improvised and raw walkthrough, so please excuse the quality.
I think it gives a good impression of the current state of the ground floor apartment and what is actually gong on there.
