The air conditioning (AC) infrastructure work in the yard and the ground floor apartment was mostly completed this week.
The first step on the stairs to the mezzanine terrasse has been taken.

In the apartment most the powerplug housing has been installed and a same fgoes for the housing for the four internal AC units.

In the yard the AC pipes have been installed and the housing in the wall for the external AC units have been made. The external part of the AC will be placed under the new stairs to the mezzanine terrasse.
Speaking of the stairs, the first step has been taken to bring the base place. The complete staircase has been marked on the east wall - you might be able to see it on the uploaded pictures.
The base of the stairs will start in the wall of the shed - and as a result some of the shed wall has been removed. The shed has not been completely demolished because the wall is still needed to support ceiling of the shed (shed will come down once the team figure out what to do about the south wall).
The stairs will then be attached to the east wall and the floor of the mezzanine terrasse.

i spent some time on the street view of the building and tried to imagine how the ground floor windows could look like. This was part of the process to decide on the design of the new ground floor windows. I have uploaded two pictures of the street view - one with the old windows and one with ai suggested new windows.
Other than that the constructor need me to deside on external door (config and opening direction), the sill and threshold of the new ground floor doors.

On a side note the first floor terrasse doors were adjusted, but here Saturday morning I noticed that the floor in the bedrooms are still wet.
