Design directions in the groundfloor apartment

Note! All pictures are generated by Gemini or Co-pilot. A prompt is something like: "Take the input photo and tidy it up and install a kitchen using only the left and right wall. Make the floor style and color like the second photo. Slot in a glass door in the end wall towards the courtyard and make the courtyard floor the same as the kitchen floor.".
The first picture uploads would be the most clear-cut photo from the archieve on this site and the second photo would be a photo of a floor pattern that I like. The prompt would vary for all photos, but the floor input photo would be static. The idea is to get a feel for what the different design directions could look like in the apartment. It also gives my a better way to share my thoughts with the focus group and the constructors. Most ideas are hard formy to get spot on, could be my lack of skill in writing the prompt, but there also some limitations in the AI. For example, I have had a really hard time explaning the door construct between kitchen and coutyard, which should be (left to right): a fixed 40 cm glass panel, a 90 cm glass door opening left-out and a window. I cannot make an AI take that on.
Another example that is hard to do is that in the kitchen the left wall element (upper- and under-cupboard + tabletop) should only have a depth of 40 cm and it has been impossible for an AI to generate that.)

The following 6 photos are the design directions for the kitchen, openspace, livingroom, guest bathroom, master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. They are all lacking in dimentions and there are an abundance of details that are not correct - feel free to find them :-)
Photos have been shared with the constructor and so far the conclusion is that this direction only requires two small infrastructure changes: The mirrors in the bathrooms will be part of the wall (I am tired of having to chose and install mirror over the vanity in the other bathrooms). This means opening a cavity in the walls and move the vanity lightsocket power outlets, up 50 cm.)
Another thing that I have suggested but had to abandon, is that kitchen elements should not have a socket. 1+ year in the Algarve has tought me that dry dust, find sand from the Sahara, mud-rain etc. needs to be cleared out often and vacuuming an open/free floor is the best remedy. However the socket-less kitchen is not realizable.

Rooms that has not been included in the design directions are the office/guestroom and the storage room. The design of those are pretty straight forward with same flooring as the rest and with white walls.
