The electrician is working behind the scenes to get the hardware procured. This include wiring and seperate metering for the groundfloor, first floor and common areas (infratructurally the attic apartment is part of the groundfloor apartment).

In the meantime the powerline pipes are being installed in the walls. This work is going on around the entry.

There are new pictures for the week on the miscallanious activities like the reenfocing of the stairs and mezzanine, the installation of the powerline pipes and the work on the entry and the stuff that will carry the stone zink and table for the outdoor kitchen.
