Yesterday we did a walk through of the groundfloor to show how the work is progressing. My intention was to do it in July, but pushed it to August first to have an empty house, without construction work, to do the video. The facade is almost finished, but still needs workover on the frontdoor and the two windows in the groundfloor apartment. There is color sampling in the kitchen, bathtub and a show-off of the new "closed fireplace" in the courtyard.
