The attic apartment restoration got off to a literally bumpy start as the municipality started digging up the street for sewage and water restorations. Super cool for us occupants and one of those small setbacks that you can’t plan for, if you are on a schedule – luckily, we are not.

In the house the preliminary infrastructure plastic pipes for electrical, tv and internet cords are placed. The attic bathroom is being prepared for major restoration - replacing the door and hidden wall water pipes.
